Three things to buy

What it isHow it's chargedCommitment
Website Care
Built, hosted, backed up, kept secure, changed when you ask. Any local business.
One-time build, then a flat monthly None
Local Visibility
Your Google profile rebuilt and run every month — reviews, citations, tap tools, monthly report.
One-time setup, then a flat monthly. Quarterly saves $100 None
Both together
Everything above, one price, one invoice — and it costs less than buying the two separately.
One setup, one monthly. Quarterly saves $100 None

Tap cards and signs come through at my cost plus shipping — no markup. They're part of the Google service, never sold on their own.

Which market are you in? The two are priced differently, because the competition is genuinely different — so each set of numbers sits next to the reason for it.

First five clients: I'll build your website free.

I'm taking on my first five Local Visibility clients in the area. Sign on and I'll build your whole website at no charge on top of the retainer — yours to keep, with the ongoing care included. After those five it's a separate engagement. Nothing else attached: no review required, no testimonial required, no contract.

Why quarterly is the default

Map rank takes 60 to 90 days to move. Somebody who signs monthly and quits at day forty-five has paid for the setup and left before the part they were paying for arrived — and in a town this size, an unhappy former client is a real cost to me. So quarterly prepay is how I'd rather do it, and it saves you a hundred dollars against paying month to month. Monthly is still available if that's what works for your cash flow.

What the setup fee covers

It isn't a deposit. Setup is a genuine month of work: the profile rebuild, the citation audit and cleanup across the directories, building the review sequence, ordering and hand-verifying your tags, and the baseline scan. The citation cleanup alone is a service other people sell on its own, and it carries hard costs I pay out whether you stay or not.

Hardware is passed through at cost

Tap cards, stickers and counter plates come through at what I paid plus shipping, as one flat line on your setup invoice. No markup. I'm not a reseller, a partner or a distributor for anybody, and I'd rather make my money on the service than on plastic. More about the tap tools.

Buying your website outright

There's a fixed buyout number. You own the site, it moves to your own Cloudflare account on your card, and the domain transfer is its own line item so nothing is vague about who holds what afterwards. Hosting costs you roughly the price of the domain each year once it's yours. I'll do one handover session to get you set up.

What I won't quote you. A guaranteed ranking, a guaranteed number of reviews, a guaranteed number of calls, or a guaranteed return. Nobody can deliver those, and a price attached to one is a price attached to a promise that isn't the seller's to make. The full list is here.

What the setup fee actually pays for

It isn't a deposit and it isn't a booking fee. Month one is the heaviest month of work in the whole engagement, and almost none of it is visible from the outside:

  • Your profile rebuilt from the categories up — the thing most often set wrong, and the one that quietly costs the most
  • A citation audit and cleanup across the directories that feed Google. That's a service other people sell on its own, and it carries costs I pay out whether you stay or not
  • The review request sequence built and tested against a real job
  • Every tap tag programmed and tapped on a physical phone before it ships to you
  • A baseline rank scan, so there's a real number to measure the next twelve months against

Skip that work and the monthly has nothing to build on. The profile gets a fresh description and some posts on a schedule, and whatever was actually holding it back is still holding it back in month six.

If the setup number is your sticking point, say so on the call. It can be split across the first quarter. I'd far rather talk it through than have you quietly rule me out over it.

No contracts, and why not

I thought hard about a six-month minimum and decided against it. A commitment I'd never actually enforce against a neighbour isn't protection — it's just something for you to feel uneasy about signing.

Quarterly prepay does the same job honestly. You save a hundred dollars, I get enough runway to do the front-loaded work properly, and if you want to stop at the end of that quarter you stop. Monthly is there if it suits your cash flow better.

Sometimes the answer is no

Nowhere A 7 by 7 grid of check points across the north Houston area, every one marked with a dash meaning the business did not appear in the results
Forty-nine check points. Not found at a single one — including the point sitting on its own front door. When a business is missing even at its own address, the cause is almost never competition. It's the profile itself.
Everywhere A 7 by 7 grid of check points across a Texas service area, nearly all showing rank number one in green
Ranked first at almost every point in the service area. A few 2s and 3s at the far edge, nothing more. This owner didn't need the monthly service and I told him so on the call.

Same scan, same method, opposite answers. Neither of these owners knew which one they were before somebody checked — and the one on the right looked at his own phone every day and saw himself at the top, because that's what searching from your own shop always shows you. That's the entire reason the snapshot is free and comes before the sales conversation. Sometimes it says there's nothing for me to sell.

Still ask before you buy

The numbers are published so you can work out whether I'm in your range without filling in a form first. But I still run a grid check before taking anybody on, and if you already rank at the top across your whole service area there's no offer for me to make — that has happened, and I told the owner exactly that. The snapshot is free and takes about fifteen minutes.

Let me show you where you stand. Then you decide.

Tell me your business name and I'll run your Maps snapshot — free, nothing to sign. You'll see exactly where you show up, who's ahead of you, and why.
